Gio Nui operates Azeroth Tools. You do not need an account. Tool work stays in your browser; hosting and any email you send involve separate processing. We do not sell personal information.
When you visit a page
Cloudflare provides hosting and security infrastructure. Requests can include your IP address, browser information, requested URL, referring page, timestamp and security events. These help deliver pages, prevent abuse and investigate faults. We have no audience analytics installed yet.
Hosting providers may process technical information outside your country, subject to their applicable transfer safeguards. We use providers only for site operation and do not embed social media trackers.
When you use a tool
Levels, pace settings and generated names are processed on your device, without a tool-input upload. Shareable settings are placed in the URL. Anyone who receives that address can read them, and requested URLs may appear in hosting logs. Avoid personal information in inputs.
Saved name favorites use local storage, not an account or a server profile. They remain until you remove them in the tool or clear site storage. Blocking storage may prevent favorites from being saved. We do not currently set advertising or analytics cookies.
When advertising loads
Advertising is not active yet. Reserved spaces may later carry Google AdSense ads. Before activating advertising, we will update this policy and provide the necessary consent controls.
If enabled, Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses, device identifiers, page visits, cookies and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and personalize ads where permitted. For visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, required consent must be obtained before relevant cookies or personalized advertising are used, through a Google-certified consent platform.
You can manage personalized advertising through Google's My Ad Center, refuse optional consent in the site's future privacy controls, and block or clear cookies in your browser. Non-personalized ads can still use storage for measurement or fraud prevention where allowed. No advertising consent is needed to use today's tools.
When you send a message
Email gives us your address and whatever details you include. Our email provider processes the message for delivery and storage. We use it to answer your request, fix a reported problem or handle a legal matter. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
We keep correspondence while the matter is active and only as long afterward as needed for follow-up, security or legal obligations. We do not keep a separate copy of browser favorites. Technical logs follow the hosting provider's retention settings; investigation records may be kept longer when needed to resolve abuse or a legal claim.
Your rights and choices
Where applicable, our legal bases are legitimate interests in operating and securing the site and responding to messages, consent for optional tracking, and compliance with legal obligations. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated profiling.
Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where those rights apply. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and complain to your local data protection authority. Other local privacy rights may also apply.
Email info@azerothtools.com to exercise a right or ask about retention. We may request proportionate information to verify a request. You can clear local favorites yourself in browser settings and choose which tool URLs to share.
Younger players
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has emailed personal information can contact us to request deletion.
Policy changes take effect on the effective date shown above. Material changes to processing will be described here before the new activity begins.
